What if an owner chooses not to purchase the Bed Bug Service, you might ask? No problem! Our process requests that each non-participating owner sign a waiver of liability, ensuring your management company remains protected.

The best part of all... Since the Service Agreements renew annually, the administrative fees are billed each year - meaning the Property Manager earns recurring revenue each time the agreement renews.
